This Privacy Policy describes how Denbigh Partners LLC ("Company," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects personal information when you use the Picasso ai platform, our mobile applications, and any related services (collectively, the "Services"). By using our Services, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this Policy. If you have questions, contact us at privacy@denbighpartners.com.
To provide our financial analysis Services, we connect to your business systems through authorized third-party integrations. The data collected depends on which integrations you enable, including point-of-sale platforms, accounting software, and banking connections.
Picasso ai uses Plaid Technologies, Inc. to connect to your financial accounts. By using our banking integration features, you grant Denbigh Partners LLC the right, power, and authority to act on your behalf to access and transmit your personal and financial information from your relevant financial institution(s). You agree to your personal and financial information being transferred, stored, and processed by Plaid in accordance with the Plaid End User Privacy Policy.
When you connect your QuickBooks Online account, we access your accounting data including chart of accounts, profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and other financial records as authorized by you and in accordance with Intuit's Developer Terms of Service. You may disconnect your QuickBooks account at any time through your account settings.
Important: We do not sell your personal information or financial data. We do not use your financial data to make lending, insurance, or employment decisions. All business decisions remain with you.
We share your information only with trusted service providers who perform functions on our behalf:
We may also disclose information if required by law, or in connection with a merger or acquisition. We will not share your information for any other purpose without your consent.
Our infrastructure is hosted on Microsoft Azure (SOC 2 Type II certified). Our database provider Neon and identity provider Auth0 also maintain SOC 2 certifications.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Services. When you close your account or request deletion, we will revoke all third-party access tokens and delete or de-identify your financial data within 30 days, retaining only what is required for legal or compliance purposes.
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to withdraw consent at any time. You may also disconnect any linked financial accounts or business platforms through your account settings, or manage Plaid connections directly at my.plaid.com. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@denbighpartners.com.
Picasso ai uses artificial intelligence to analyze your financial data and generate insights. Your financial data may be processed by third-party AI model providers including Anthropic and OpenAI, subject to their data processing agreements. Your data is not used by these providers to train their models. AI-generated outputs are analytical in nature and should not be considered financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.
